2024 Lake Lytal Summer Swim Team

Lake Lytal Summer Swim Team is available to children ages 5-to-17-years old. All participants must be able to swim the length of the pool without touching the bottom. Lake Lytal Lightning will offer practices every week June 4th - July 18th. Participants are allowed to attend as many days as desired. Swimmers in the summer program will be taught the basics of competitive swimming including stroke mechanics in all four strokes, racing starts, racing turns, and race strategy in a safe and fun environment. The summer swim team will have the opportunity to compete in our home meet June 29th. All of our instructors are very knowledgeable with many years experience in competitive swimming and coaching.

Red Group-  Tues, Wed, Thurs 9:00-9:45am or 4:30-5:15pm 

Bronze Group-  Tues, Wed, Thurs 9:00-10:15am or 5:15-6:30pm

Developmental High School- Tues, Wed, Thurs 9:00-10:15am 

Team members must be USA swimming registered!  The registration process can be completed in two steps:

 1. Please visit usaswimming.org  and create a parent account.  Then register your child using the link below for our team.  Please sign up for a seasonal membership for a fee of $45.  Please be sure you are signed up for the correct club code (LLL)     https://omr.usaswimming.org/omr/welcome/E1019619E59041

 2.  See the cashier at the pool at Lake Lytal to pay the team training fee of $190.  Practices will run from June 4th- July 18th
